RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be absolutely happy with your Qubila purchase.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch with our team at info@qubila.co.nz within 15 days of purchase and we will work with you to fulfill your refund or exchange. 

When sending back your items, please use the original packaging to make sure your return arrives back to us in new condition.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (less shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
